Dear EMGS officer
I submitted my passport for visa sticker on 9th of April in my university.My visa date already finished on 22th of April and I have not been received yet my new visa. My status in EMGS website has been pending in 80% from 12/April/2019 while the EMGS and UPM staff told me this process needs 14 working days.I am worried for my Visa. I should mention I called with EMGS last week and they highlighted my name but My status didn’t have been changed yet.Please advise me.
