Yes but I keep checking on the website and it says there is an issue with photo colors which I can’t do anything about.

Do it at a registered clinic. They will upload it for you. U have to upload the application yourself, if you do it at a non registered clinic.

If u had the medical tests at a panel clinic recognized by EMGS u don’t have to upload anything

Medical Tests will be carried by Public University Clinic (UTM) upon registration. But UTM was asked to submit/upload it during online application.
