From my past experiences i must say your progress of the VAL application solely depends on your nationality and the University’s reputation in Malaysia. If you are going for a university with a good reputation and student friendly, VAL will take maximum of 7-8 working days. Hi bro , sorry to bother you , I’m applying at university tun rasaq for bachelor in business entrepreneurship , now my val is 25% and I have not exited malaysia for 4 consecutive years , pls what advise do you have cos I have cancelled my visa before applying and now I don’t have any active pass so I can’t travel out , will my val still be out ?
