Your documents submitted to immigrantion for approval. you have to wait few days like 7-10 working days it depends (I got after 2days)
After that you will get VAL(Visa approval letter)

Almost 5 to 7 working days because in that time emgs are verifications all your documents

same here..mine too stuck on 15 percent since last week..dont knw y utp officials arent forwarding my pending documents..

i had the same issue .. i am entrolled for utp for masters research programme but now my additional documents have been submitted 2 days ago and it is green now.. but still on 15 percent…. anybody joining utp for january intake mail me… #########

How many days UTP requires to submit the IELTS certificate to EMGS though I have already sent the document to Ms Norhashidha .
