I’ve got my VAL and I’m from Pakistan. Kindly confirm that do I need to go to Malaysian Embassy before traveling to Malaysia?

Hi Emgs
I want to know this;
I applied for INTI University in 2017, but due to some circumstances i didn’t use that visa or join University.
Now i have a offer letter from Segi University, they says pay for the visa and the status of inti visa isn’t disappeare.
What can i do pls help me with good suggestion.
