Yup definitely the truth . Usually takes time cuz they are sending your application to the immigration for approval

It will take days for sure. Depending on the urgency of your application. Usually takes between 7-14 days

If it’s on EMGS then your status is pending from their side and that the institute has approved your application

You might have some pending payment to be done. Better ask the university for details
