Hello EMGS,
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to EMGS on my VAL process. I was able to download it at 70%. I’m recently on process of acquiring SEV. Thanks for the support.

Wasalam, Garba Malami, you should contact your institution to rectify the issue, precisely contact International affairs of yiur institution. Hope this will help. I got same experience but it was solved.

Hi EMGS,
please i need inquiry regarding my VAL, its on hold at 15%, some documents are requested from my institution and the documents were sent, yet i have not seen change of status. Please help me kn this issue. My registration date has passed since on 01.09.2018. passport number A07633035

Hi EMGS, I have acknowledged progress of my VAL to 15% recently after about 64 days on hold. Thank for your assistance. Looking forward towards your help as my date of registration is 1st September 2018. Thank yiu

Contact your institution. They need to approve that you are a prospective student

They have sent everything, the only information they give was, the VAL they iasued to me last year has to be cancelled and yet nothing is done for over a month

My suggestion you must ask your institution about your status application, are it cancelled by your institution or not.

The percentage hasn’t been changing for along time

Hi, Good day. Please my application status was on hold since on 4/7/2018 at 5% and my registration will be on 29/08/2018. Please assist in my regards. Thank you

Maybe you can ask to your institution to process it to Malaysia immigration
