Please do check how legitimate your agent is. If EMGS has not received an application, likelya the agent is not being honest. It is your institution who should apply for your pass, agent should only be passing the application documents to the university. Hope your problem is solved!

Contact your institution for next steps and planning ing your trip. Depending on which country you’re from you may need to apply for Single Entry Visa. You can download the e-val and e-vdr from a computer. You can’t do it by phone. Hope this helps!

Not that expensive, far as I remember all sims are rm10. I recommend Maxis/Hotlink for best coverage, but there are cheaper options too.

No, your institution has to speak with them on your behalf, or your agent. Usually they would advise you on exactly what documents you need to submit and how to verify them. Good luck!

Seems like this is talking about your current student pass. Check with your institution. They should have cancelled your old pass and made sure you exited the country before applying for a new one.

Hi, my application has been stuck at 15% for a week with EMGS, after my institution submitted pending docs. Is there a problem, or is this processing time normal? I only ask since my orientation is in February. Thank you!
