Hello EMGS. I am in Malaysia with dependent visa and got EMGS approval letter. But I have not received VAL yet. Can I start registration with EMGS approval letter being inside Malaysia?

EMGS Approval Letter is to allow international students to enrol and attend online classes. Kindly check with your institution for clarification regarding this matter.
