Don’t know what to do.
If I call them they say they received it. In my mail they say they didn’t receive it.
In my institution mail they say they received it.

I am Moin Asghar from Afghanistan and I get the admission letter and also the scholarship approval letter, so how many days it take to receive EMGS approval letter and Student visa? And one thing more I have 15 months expiry in my passport, will they process my request if I am applying for 1 year student visa?

Same problem with me I am sending them same document again and again but they are not receiving and my application status is stop at 15%

yess me too, it stops at 15% for a week now

Same here my university have been submitted the document 2 weeks ago to resume my application but nothing updated by the emgs they said they will resume the application upon approval stucked with the closed application status with 100%.

EMGS Approval Letter is to allow international students to enrol and attend online classes. Kindly check with your institution for clarification regarding this matter.
