Hi everyone, I wanted to ask anyone experiencing the same issue as mine. I was having a pass photo issue, however after I resubmitted the corrected pass photo 2 days ago, my application indicator’s colour changed to green today and the issue has been closed. Brother how you submit your additional documents?
I submitted it by directly replying to the mail they sent me to notify the application issue. In addition, I also have read some suggestions to send it to additionaldoc[at]emgs.com.my. I did both, but they referred to the first document I submitted.
Yeah, now u don’t need to wory because ur application circle has become green if it have some problems then it become yellow so calm down and ur application is proceeding accordingly.
