Hello emgs, my daughter is 3rd year student in UM UNIVERSITY, she has renewed her visa for 2021, can she transfer to complete her study in another university like Monash University without travelling back to our country which is not allowed because of the epidemic, and can she has the last year of her study by the name of Monash University for the year 2022
