Dear EMGS, on 23 of July i being noticed that i need to correct one of my document. On 25th i emailed you the particular document under case 702267. However until this day my VAL application progress still 15% where i need to enter malaysia in less then a month to register to my university. What should I do? View

Does the notification tell you to send the document yourself or your institution? Because in my case, it was the institution that needed to send the document to EMGS, not me. Even though I could send the document myself through email, but I was not allowed to.
It said that i need to send this documents my self. Even on 28 of July my institution asked me to send that document because emgs had not updated my application progress yet. By the way, thankyou for the reply.
