However, I only submitted one application through an authorized agent, for which I have paid the necessary fees.

I have already contacted my educational institution, and they have confirmed that they did not submit any additional application on my behalf. I am concerned about the existence of a duplicate application and would like to resolve this matter promptly.

Could you please help me identify the other application associated with my profile? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to delete the duplicate application to avoid any complications. Below are my details for your reference:
