You can download it in web site not in this app , write in google emgs and take first resalt and write your passport number & contry , u will find your eVAL

My validity is 12 month , i from iraq , Phd study , may be the country or study type is effect to the validity of VAL

You can make it in emgs clinic , there are many centers around your university , no need to pay to him , but if you make it out of them u must pay

The beter time to come to malaysia is befor few days of study season , to pay fees and submet your document to immegration office to get student visa , chat me whatsapp 0 0 9 6 4 7 8 1 3 2 1 9 7 9 8
