Please, HELP.

I am a new PhD student in Economics at UUMCOB. My EMGS application no: E######### and my EMGS application is 80% complete. I also received VAL and EMGS Approval letter.

Now, what’s the next step.

1. Shall I first apply for a Single Student Entry Visa or shall I apply Online by submitting all the required documents?

Don’t what to do. Please, HELP.

  Hi, may I know can VAL be received not being 100% completed? At first, I thought so. And how many days did it take to get your VAL? Thanks in advance.

    The percentage jumps to 100 only after you submit the passport and get the stickers in Malaysia.

  what is the different on applying single entry visa and apply online by submitting? where those two line have a same objective?
