Hello emgs
My passport number is A09370854,my student record was created by my institution July but due some additional documents required I was stuck at 15%…But since on Tuesday I was able to send them the additonal documents they needed and still the status is not updated in emgs site, so I complained to them and this was their response “I have checked and your last document (A-Level) has been submitted. The process from there is estimated to be 2 months. Regarding the message below, kindly ignore it as EMGS has not updated”…I am so confused getting VAL was supposed to be 14 working days i thought
