Bro look emailing emgs or uni wont do anything to the travel authorization process.
I recommend you to just wait hopefully it will come out fast no one knows.-

And about evisa…if your VAL photo is accepted in evisa photo properly then you apply evisa easily…so firstly sign up for evisa and follow the steps ..i hope that your evisa accepted..

No no there is no problem in evisa…some of cases i see that val photo is not support in evisa software photo..
