Hi,you apply sev through malaysian embassy or consulate in your homecountry.

I give u one advice that is if u want to apply through malaysian embassy then first you search on website ONE STOP VISA APPLICATION MALAYSIA its a authorise visa partner malaysia..in many countries

And about evisa…if your VAL photo is accepted in evisa photo properly then you apply evisa easily…so firstly sign up for evisa and follow the steps ..i hope that your evisa accepted..

No no there is no problem in evisa…some of cases i see that val photo is not support in evisa software photo..
