I am an engineering student of IIUM and want to join the college immediately for 2nd semester to attend my classes face to face.I am getting the VAL application status as 80% on EMGS but with green colour . Request to please advise as how to extend my VAL and generate the Travel authorisation letter as it also indicates “Student Pass is not Valid”

If your val has expired, then you will need to request emgs for an extension. Send your email to enquiry @ emgs.com.my
Note: The extension process can take a long time.

It has been since months that my VAL application is showing 35% completion. I wonder that why it is not being approved as the requisite documents have been submitted by the institution many a times . Would appreciate the approval of my VAL at the earliest. Thanks ans regards
