@tinashem Hello emgs … my university submitted my documents on 2/9 today I received a notification from emgs they want the academic result I called the university they said … they are sent all documents … so I want to know what’s the problem???

@asmaa my university created account in emgs in 23/9 but they didn’t submit the documents until now…there is any process between create and submit??

If there then it should be less than one week I think
Before submission the documents to EMGS there is a visa fees you need to pay to process your application-
I transfer the fees to the university

yes you can download, but you can’t enter Malaysia yet. You need to go to Malaysian Embassy in your country to process the SEV.. it takes 3 days in my country. You’ll enter Malaysia once the passport got student visa sticker and the progress already 80%. The rest progress would be done in Malaysia. Which country are you from?

to go to embassy, you need to bring original passport, printout of VAL, visa photo 3.5 x 5 (3 pcs) with white background, offering letter from the university

if you already applied online and complete all the documents without any problem, it will be finished in 14 working days until you can download the VAL (about 35% progress)

In 35% I can download the VAL and use it to enter Malaysia??
