My friend application submitted on immigration on 8/01 and she got approved on 12/01. Really cannot tell one just be patient.

Dear EMGS Officer,
My name Muhammad I am from Pakistan my application status is stuck on 35% it said it will take 7-10 working days from 26 December and it’s been 11 working days still on 35% so when can expect it to change?.
