    Renew visa 50%, can enter to malaysia?

      Yea, because the rest is submitting ur passport.
      Like in my case i reached 50% asked the uni what to do they told me u could come with 50% but must apply for TA, SEV ( if needed from your country)
      So ask ur uni to make sure u got everything u need.
