I am writing to seek your kind assistance and clarification regarding my EMGS application status, which is currently showing “Pending additional document(s) from the institution.”
I have contacted my institution (Universiti Kuala Lumpur), and they have informed me that there appears to be a system issue on the EMGS portal, due to which they are unable to view the required additional document(s). As such, although the institution has been notified, they are unable to identify which document needs to be uploaded.
At my end, all previously requested documents have already been submitted, and under the Application Issues section, all items are marked as Closed, with no open remarks visible.
In view of the above, I kindly request your assistance to please check and clarify whether this is a portal/system glitch, or to specify the exact document(s) required from the institution so that they may proceed accordingly.
Your kind support in resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated, as it will allow the application processing to resume smoothly.
