I am with same problem and they don’t gave me reason also that before 4 days ago 40%. And rejected

Plz contact with your previous intuition for cancel previous status on emgs .if not possible thn contact with your agent for solve that matter .

Hi, good to know that you have submitted your VAL application and payment. Now wait to receieve an email from EMGS which should inform you that status of your application is COMPELETE. You will be able to track your application and progress status around 2 weeks after that.

Yes you can travel with a scanned copy received by the uni at the airport the uni ppl will be there to give you your original VAL
That’s what I was told by my uni
U should call your uni and ask for it
So far I know you don’t fly without val
It depends if your Malaysian embassy would need to see the original val to process sev
Should call to ya uni, they will send val to ur email.
