I think they have given…you can check on MTP website…they have added a option for higher education institution (dependents)

@Muhammad Waqas Really???tourist visa is allowed from Pakistan? From Bangladesh it’s still on hold.

tourist is still not allowed if you try to apply MTP with a reason of tourist you will be rejected automatically
