But my agent is saying that immigration department is saying that its too early and there are chances that they immigration will reject and will send you back from malaysia airport as there are 2 months left to the commencement of your classes, I mean if that’s the issue then why did they gave me SEV or they should have told me that you can’t book your tickets even after you get your eval and sev on your passport. I have already booked my tickets and I will bear a great loss if I delay it. Who is responsible of that loss?
Really? As far as i know that the moment you got your SEV you can enter malaysia because you already have your visa right. But for the detail you better contact the immigration directly or just wait a while emgs will reply your post . 😀
Please be advised that upon entry in Malaysia, you will be a Special Pass for 30 days which is at the discretion of Immigration. Thus, it is advisable for you to travel to Malaysia one month before the commencement date of your studies. Besides, you institution will have an expected arrival date of their student. Thus, it is highly recommended for you to contact your institution before you plan your travel to Malaysia. Thank you.
Inshaallah you can go directly after you have your SEV
