Please note that your institution has opted for self endorsement, which means that the visa endorsement process will be done at the State Immigration office by your institution.
We recommend you to liaise with your institution once again to expedite the process.

You talked to your principal about this matter. At first I faced this problem.
Better you talk with your principle. Why you documents are not approved. And basically student bank account should be open by your college authority by a certain bank

You should obtain a letter from university about opening a bank account. I dont think any students are not allowed to make a bank account as long as you hold a valid student pass. Go to the bank with the letter and passport photocopies and the student pass copy.

I did all that & they took my documents & asked me to come after 3 weeks but then I was surprised that my documents didn’t get approved!

You can open an account in any other banks if you have student visa valid for more than 6 months, get the verification letter first frim your university

How much u pay to medical check up in there?

I just paid for the visa, i didnt pay for the medical check-up after arrival.
Probably the medical check-up price is included in the visa fees.

Wait 2-3 days till you can download eVal from your application then go to Malaysian embassy in your country to get single entry visa
