Hello, I received an offer letter from Pusat Bahasa Hibah, they gave me a reference number #########.
Now they asked me to pay RM 2000 to them.
I told them that i will pay soon, but they are texting me every day. So can anyone help to check that is this a real institute and they are qualified to accept international students, if i send them RM 2000, there will be no cheating or fraud.
And secondly if i want to change institute, is there any legal problem on that ? Because I don’t feel it Professional to ask for payments everyday.
What do you suggest?
