Is there a special language or words to use in an email for the Unikl admission personnel to oblige them to reply. I have sent my docs and emgs fee since 2 April, 2018 and still no update on my application status. My registration date as per offer letter is 5 July, 2018. Any help, guidance will be appreciated.

  I have been calling my institution as well as sending emails…but haven’t gotten any answer for my question yet.

  I’ve also applied to UniKL. I was told the visa team is on holiday until Thursday.
