I have to exit Malaysia without multiple stamp due to spouse death. My progress at emgs is 100%. I have to apply for new eVAL to get SEV? Can I get refund? I m now registered at UTM and have Matric card. Do I need to submit same offer letter to get new eVAL and can I apply right now for new eVAL? View

    If student didn’t pay VAL fee within 90 days then he has to apply again in uni with new processing fee or he needs to get new offer letter from uni based on previous one?
