Dear EMGS,
My passport (E0306818) has been received by immigration on 18/10/23 as stated on EMGS notification. My friends also have exactly same phase and date previously, but they already reached 97% now.
Would you please kindly help me to trace my progress to immigration. I am worry if there is any problem with my passport process.

Hi Muhamad,
Please be informed that your passport is currently with the Immigration Department for approval. The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process your application.
