How long would it take to shorten my student visa after my graduation. Iam a bit too late, can this be done in less than two weeks before i travel?

Passport number B1115467 is showimg pending documents but no details provided. Please advise so that I can provide them if required from my end. And how long should it take for me to receive the eVAL after submission of the missing documents.
