I am **Taj Muben Ahamed**, an international student of **University of Cyberjaya** pursuing **MBA (July Intake 2025)**.
My student visa expired on **31 July 2026**. Due to my unfinished thesis/research project, the university advised me to apply for **student pass renewal through the university portal**. An **EMGS file was created**, and I was informed to apply for a **Special Pass** during the processing period.
However, my EMGS status has remained at **0% since 24 July 2026**, and I have not received any further update.
Could you please check whether my EMGS renewal application is active and being processed?
