Hello EMGS Team,

I am **Taj Muben Ahamed**, an international student of **University of Cyberjaya** pursuing **MBA (July Intake 2025)**.

My student visa expired on **31 July 2026**. Due to my unfinished thesis/research project, the university advised me to apply for **student pass renewal through the university portal**. An **EMGS file was created**, and I was informed to apply for a **Special Pass** during the processing period.

However, my EMGS status has remained at **0% since 24 July 2026**, and I have not received any further update.

Could you please check whether my EMGS renewal application is active and being processed?

  The institution has created the renewal application in the system, which is currently waiting for the submission of the proof of payment. Kindly follow up with the institution for further updates on your application.
