Hello EMGS. My passport No. LA16E9337. My previous VAL got expired before i could start my course. My institution submitted my new VAL application only once they received confirmation from immigration that my previous VAL has been cancelled. But now my new application is stuck at 30% because immigration is saying that the previous VAL is active. Please help. Thank you.

      Tell us institutions to apply for cancellation of your previous pass.
