My passport number is LA16E9337. My VAL application is stuck at 15% due to a missing Health Declaration Form, But when I followed up with the university they are saying that they have submitted the form. And now I am running out of time becuase I have applied for the July 2019 intake.

  Based on our records, we have not received the Health Declaration Form. Kindly inform your institution to contact us pertaining to this if they have submitted the required documents.
