I got my VAL. Applied on 8th Jan & approved on 9th Feb. It took me one month.
Thank you everyone for your help.
Any new student recently went Malaysia, please clarify is there university representative at the airport to help with immigration clearance? Or do they pick us after quarantine?

  Congratulations on the eval. I did not see a representative from my university but you could talk to your university to check on this.
