Hello, normally it take 1-3 days for the VAL to be ready to download. Do wait patiently and if after three days you still can’t download it then contact emgs support through email. Good luck in your study.

I have the same problem. Maybe because they won’t count Saturday and Sunday as working days

have u made payment to ur instituition?

I am applying personally, it depends on the University you are applying for , my university UTM require paying fees for processing my visa. So check with your institution and ask for instant processing for your application.

in Malaysiya my uncle trying to processing my visa… Student Record created 11.1.2018 but still showing pending payment by institution..

Yes it takes 2 weeks if there are no problems with the documents but if you can contact the university to know when is the last date to catch the semster it will be better in case you will be late or wont be able to book a flight on 29th
