My process VAL have received in 35% in 09/11/2020, according to notice after 7-10 days it’s going to next stage, unfortunately its 35% now , can you tell me when it’s going to next stage.

Please note that the Immgration Department is issuing VAL for students who are out of Malaysia as entry for new students is on hold. If you are in the country, kindly email us your passport number at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order for us to check on your application.
