dear brother . The problem with EVAL that it solely immigration determination . and literally nobody knows when they finalize it so be petient plz. they say 7-14 day but it takes more or less than what they officially announced.
So be patient-

11 Days, it is not supposed to take longer than 4 days, as they mentioned, but they required me to submit a different passport photo and that took time. Thankfully they approved the photo and moved the process forward. It is not the size it’s the photo color and lighting that i tried very hard but couldn’t find the perfect one.

Yeau it is inevitable but you can take copy from hold on ticket i alaways do that with TURKUSH AITLINE.
It does not have to be paid or granted.
Did the rules change or something ? as when i applied it was not needed for me plz check properly make sure to apply for SEV from the official website
