Hello emgs, I applied for my visa renewal in January. My visa expires April 16th. Passport number U0069427. For some reason my visa is still at 0% and my university is not giving my a satisfactory answer for the delay. I have to travel for personal reasons but I’m stuck with my visa. Kindly assist me in knowing what the issue seems to be. View
