Yes me to, i got accepted but it’s on 70percent

Mine is 70% from this app but 75% when I check from website

It will remain on 70% . Once you reach Malaysia do medical screening and submit passport to EMGS for student pass endorsement sticker . Once student pass is endorsed on your passport it will reach 100% . However due to MCO the immigration department is not accepting passport until further notice.

For new students it will be generated with e Val . For existing students need to apply . Hope it solves your enquiries .

As far as I know yes, you still need to make SEV
Where did you get the layest LOU from?
You can use the one old version the Malaysian embassy will accept it

Please note that as a new student, if you are from a visa required country, you will be required to obtian the SEV prior to your entry.
