Your sev is valid for 3 months from date of issue and in your case March 14

Same here, i already submit the document to university but this morning EMGS remind me again to submit the certificate means that the university not submit the certificate yet. So sad.

WA. Brother u can apply online for eVISA SEV. Costs around 3800 rupees. U can apply through windowmalaysia.my . This is the official website of immigration
