Dear emgs officer is it required to submit personal bond and insurance for every international student?

  Please note that Personal Bond is mandatory for every new student. You can refer to the institution on this matter. Furthermore, students intending to study in Malaysia is required to be covered by an insurance provided by EMGS or insurance from the institution.
