Dear EMGS
I submitted my passport for renewal my visa since 29 January. Unfortunately, The status still 80% since 31 January. I need my passport for renew my driver license and I have A date for treatment purposes for one of my family members. So I need my passport. Is there any way to speed up my passport process? Thanks for your understanding

  Generally, the process will take approximately 14 working days. We understand your concern. However, kindly be advised that the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Dear all
My passport status 80% since 18-01- till now !!!! Is this normal?

  It’s normal.. you have to exercise patience.. you shall get your student pass endorsed and your passport ready for collection soon..
