You have two way to do so:

submit the required documents to your institution and inform them that these documents are required by EMGS.
AND/OR
submit the required documents dirs6to EMGS (email: #########)

I’ll strongly recommend you to contact the Malaysian embassy in Saudia Arabia because some students faced some problems in Kuala Lambour airport when they traveled without the Visa (SEV)
