you can resize the image yourself. Use a website known as resize.me and you will easily be able to resize it

Been there but finally cleared.
Use app passportphoto for android. Then send more than one photos to the emgs. If you use photo checker also send the verified one (if any, if none then don’t mind)

Hello sir. Eval is the way to get E-Vsal . thus there is no visa for student without getting EVAL. iF your country doest not require E-visa then you should apply for Normal visa at the embassy

First u should alert your uni that youa re coming because apparently you are late from your registration date . me either . so what i did i hag to defer current semester till upcoming semester

Any date is ok since it is not exceeding 6 months from eval issue date

I tried that multiple times across the past week and half, but, unfortunately i get the same outcome (Declined 05) failure of payment.

I think you should call for cancellation of this order through emgs and apply for new one

But it says in the EMGS website that i have no standing application. I think that’s because every time the application fails it says give it two hours for it to clear.
