you can resize the image yourself. Use a website known as resize.me and you will easily be able to resize it
It is not the size it’s the photo color and lighting that i tried very hard but couldn’t find the perfect one.

Been there but finally cleared.
Use app passportphoto for android. Then send more than one photos to the emgs. If you use photo checker also send the verified one (if any, if none then don’t mind)
