I know two people who have. It took 18 days from the day it became 60% for them.

Have you tried calling EMGS and asking the reason for the hold up?

It takes up to 4 weeks in Immigration apparently (Mine has been in immigration for two weeks)

It is unlikely that your E-Val has been extended as people who has applied in September haven’t got it yet. I think your university means they have applied for extension and they are waiting for immigration to approve the extension (which unfortunately takes time)

Call EMGS and ask them whether your E-Val has been extended and if they say yes, ask them where you can download the extended E-val from

I don’t think yours is an extension cause for E-Val extension there is no percentage
