    Hi Jamal….
    I am Sudanese too 🙂
    If this is your first entry after you got the VAL, then yes, you have to contact the nearest Malaysian embassy to get a single entry visa.
    When you arrive at Kuala Lumpur international airport, you must process your passport through the counter dedicated specially for students.
